Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Mendruk platform available at qygemiu.pro. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
Platform refers to the Mendruk website, services, content, and any related tools operated by Mendruk.
User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the platform.
Content refers to all text, audio, video, graphics, course materials, assessments, and any other material made available through the platform.
Account refers to a registered user profile created to access restricted areas or features of the platform.

3. Eligibility

Mendruk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise act in a manner harmful to the platform or its users.
5. Use of the Platform
5.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use the platform solely for lawful, personal educational purposes consistent with these terms. You may view, stream, and engage with content made available to you through your subscription or enrollment.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:

6.2 Limited License
Mendruk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content for personal educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
6.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, feedback, or responses, you grant Mendruk a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and incorporate such submissions for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Access to certain courses or features may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. Mendruk reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers where applicable.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final once course content has been accessed.
7.3 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings and cancelling if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Mendruk does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mendruk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Educational content on the platform is intended for informational and skill-development purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice. Results from applying course material will vary depending on individual circumstances and effort.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mendruk and its officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Mendruk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform exceed the amount you paid to Mendruk in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mendruk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Mendruk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Mendruk to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
