About Mendruk

Built for people who want to run things

Mendruk teaches entrepreneurial skills through structured, sequential lectures — the kind of knowledge that's hard to find in a single place and easy to apply the moment you need it.

Where the platform came from

Mendruk started in 2018 from a straightforward frustration: entrepreneurship courses were either too theoretical to be useful or too shallow to be worth the time. There was no middle ground — something that moved at a reasonable pace, treated learners as adults, and covered the messy parts of running a business.

One of the first things we noticed was how little attention most programs gave to competitive landscape. How to choose the right competitors for your business sounds like a simple question, but it shapes every strategic decision that follows — pricing, positioning, which customers you go after.

So we built lectures around that kind of problem. Specific, grounded, and delivered in a sequence that lets the ideas actually connect. The platform is global by design — a student in Warsaw and one in Nairobi work through the same material at their own pace.

The people behind the lectures

A small team with a narrow focus. Everyone here has either run a business or spent years helping others figure out how to do it without losing their mind.

Lead Instructor & Co-founder

Tomáš spent eight years running a mid-sized distribution company before shifting to education. He builds the core curriculum — including the module on how to choose the right competitors for your business, which consistently gets the most questions from students. His approach is direct: fewer frameworks, more decisions you can actually make tomorrow.
